Defective/Damaged
Goods Return		 Customers should contact us within 14 days after receiving merchandise. Returns/exchanges are acceptable in the following cases:
  1. 1.　The merchandise is different from which has been ordered.
    2.　The merchandise is defective.
    3.　The merchandise is damaged.

For returns at the convenience of the customer, such as differences in size and appearance, the return fee is paid by the customer.
Shipping Period Although the Company strives to ship your order within 9 days from the day it was placed, depending on the contents of the order, the condition of stocks, and the volume of orders, there may be instances where shipment of the order is delayed. (Items from this store may take additional time for production).
